The "á la carte" menu is joined by a daily table d'hôte menu where Executive Chef Ashley's culinary prowess showcases what the local seasonal market places have to offer. As an added bonus, the table d'hôte menu offers a suggested wine pairing from the complete selection of Chaberton wines.
